MPC Officers 2021 President: Rowena Nicolas Vice-President: Angel Aganon Finance: Nyl Pizon Membership: Chokie Ordonez | SUB-COMMITTEE GUIDELINES As members of PBC-DNE, all sub-committees are required to comply with the rules and regulations provisioned by the organization to all as duly restricted by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry with its license to PBC-DNE; All funding activities – ranging from any additional membership fees, sponsorship activities and the like must be actively declared by the Sub-Committee and its elected Head and Finance Officer to PBC Execom; all funds must be secured under PBC’s official bank account and no other fund accounts may be created as strictly regulated by the DCCI (Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry); As such, PBC-DNE will be managing the funds for and in behalf of all legitimate sub-committees and regular coordination must be made for any fund disbursement/movement requirements for their various regular activities; PBC-DNE will be committed to provide full-support on all activities of the sub-committee provided that they are in compliance with PBC’s rules and regulations; |
